Out of this World Design: An ArtEdventure about industrial design.Aliens are coming to Earth! Can you redesign several ordinary objects to make their stay safer and more comfortable?

Try This: So Sue Me! Sometimes the best way to appreciate the right solutions to design problems is to think of the wrong solutions. So have some fun and think of all the wrong answers. Redesign an object that will confuse, surprise or annoy the user!

Try This: A More Perfect Product. Industrial designers have to think about all the ways that someone might use—and misuse—an object. Usually it takes more than one try to get everything just right. We can all think of objects that annoy us, break or just don't work. Try your hand at improving an everyday object.

Lesson Plan: A More Perfect Product. Students explore the processes used by industrial designers to design useful, safe and appealing mass-produced objects, and redesign a common product to improve its function, feel and/or appearance.

Lesson Plan: Designing Future Transportation. Students learn how industrial designers work, then create a drawing of a new form of transportation.
